Haley Randolph is the owner of Simmons Notary Service. She began her career as a Notary Public in her early 20s when she worked for First Commonwealth Bank. After finishing her career at the bank, she became a stay at home Mother. Then just a few short years later, she purchased Simmons Notary Service in September 2019. Haley took over the business while 9 months pregnant with her youngest daughter and had her oldest daughter right at her feet! Haley has always been a people-person. She always strives to give the best customer service!

You will need to have valid identification. The following identification is acceptable proof of identity:
-State issued Identification Card
-State issued Driver's License
-Passport
-License to Carry
-Armed Forces ID
-Veterans ID
Identification has to be valid. If identification is expired, we cannot notarize your documents.
Anyone that needs their signature notarized MUST be present with valid identification. We do NOT notarize anyone's signature without them being present.
Notaries are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of documents they notarize. Notaries certify the identity of the signers. The signers are responsible for the content of the documents.
Notaries are not Attorneys. We are not allowed to review or prepare your documents. The customer must contact an Attorney with all legal questions. Our job is to verify your signature.
The customer needs to present the original document. The Notary needs to verify the validity of the original document and make sure it is a true original copy.
Please note: We are not allowed to certify copy any documents that state it is not allowed to be photocopied. Birth and death certificates cannot be certified copied either.
Our office does not provide witnesses. The customer needs to provide their own witnesses. We do not allow individuals to ask our other customers to witness their documents. The witnesses need to be present at the time the documentation is being notarized. The witnesses need to be at least 18 years old or older. They also cannot be related (by blood or marriage) to the signer or have any interest in the document. This is considered a conflict of interest, and we will not notarize your documents.
The seller(s) will need the following documentation:
-Valid identification
-Title
-Odometer reading
The buyer(s) will need the following documentation:
-Valid Pennsylvania Identification/Driver's License
-Proof of insurance
-Registration card if the customer(s) would like to transfer a plate from another vehicle
Please note: Seller(s) and Buyer(s) both need to be present at the time of transfer. If the seller(s) cannot be present at the time of transfer, they can have their signature notarized beforehand. If the title is already notarized, the seller(s) WOULD NOT have to be present. Also, there are other situations that does require additional documentation. Please contact us prior to your arrival to ensure you have all the correct documentation.
You cannot have your signature notarized on a title without having the buyer's name and address. This is considered an open title and is illegal. We will never notarize your title without the buyer's information.
